Scholarship/ Partial Tuition Waiver and Change in Non-resident Tuition Assessment

Policy
Purpose: 

If an undergraduate student has received a partial tuition waiver scholarship from FAS and is deemed to be a resident for tuition purposes, the FAS scholarship will be adjusted to the appropriate resident based scholarship.

Applies to: 

All Financial Aid and Scholarships staff members. Students with partial tuition waiver scholarship coordinated by FAS.

Policy Statement: 

If an undergraduate student has received a FAS scholarship dependent upon nonresident status and is subsequently granted in-state tuition rates, or is awarded reciprocity or other non-resident partial tuition scholarships waivers, FAS scholarship will be adjusted to the appropriate resident-based scholarship.
