Academic Advising Appointments
Guides Undergraduate Advising Center assigned students on scheduling appointments and advising guidelines within our office.
All students that are assigned to the Undergraduate Advising Center. To find your assigned advisor follow the steps found here.
Students may schedule appointments with an Undergraduate Advising Center advisor by using their MyKU portal scheduler or by calling the front desk. (785-864-2834) Learn how here. Appointments cannot be made via email.
If students arrive more than 10 minutes late for an advising appointment, they will be asked to reschedule.
Students can be seen on a walk-in basis within the guidelines found here.
Students must schedule appointments ahead of time (at least one day in advance) to discuss future semester enrollment.
Students schedule 30-minute appointments for general academic advising. Sixty-minute appointments are typically scheduled for students on Academic Probation or Financial warning, and/or if they want to complete a graduation plan, and/or discuss major exploration. Students who do not follow the guidelines above may be required to reschedule their appointments or to schedule additional appointments.
